I took food left-overs to the compost at the bottom of our garden, that was the beginning of the walk. The compost is more than a place or a practice; it is a collaboration where human and non-human participate in a non human centered exchange.

I recognize a relational space both in the compost and in the road that we are walking.

Thank you Ruth Facey for coming to the sign workshop yesterday and making your beautiful paperscapes. Also for baking and bringing a lovely cake; for your stories, time and efforts. It was great to spend a few hours together.
